Sit in a quiet place, gently close your eyes and begin breathing slowly and deeply, filling your belly with air, and slowly releasing it out from your mouth.<\/p>\n
Repeat three times and begin to feel your whole body relaxing.<\/p>\n
Connect to yourself from your heart space.<\/p>\n
Look up high above your head, as if you had let go of a balloon and your following it until it disappears way above you.<\/p>\n
Say these phrases out loud or to silently to yourself:<\/p>\n
Everything I need comes to me easily.<\/p>\n
There’s no scarcity, there’s enough to go around for everyone to enjoy.<\/p>\n
The universe is abundant, full of opportunities and possibilities, therefore I am everything I want to be.<\/p>\n
The universe is abundant therefore I am abundant.<\/p>\n
I attract goodness and kindness to myself.<\/p>\n
I am worthy of all good things to come my way.<\/p>\n
I am worthy of true love.<\/p>\n
No matter what my roll is in life I am worthy of success.<\/p>\n
Success comes to me easily in all shapes and forms.<\/p>\n
Happiness is my Devine birthright.<\/p>\n
I was born to feel happy and fulfilled.<\/p>\n
I have perfect faith in the God\/universe, to bring to my life what I need, at the perfect time, when I need it.<\/p>\n
