One of the most important components of life, is the ability to forgive ourselves and others – in order to be at peace within, we need to allow it to penetrate our core.<\/p>\n
The inability to forgive is like inviting negative energy in, which does not allow us to live life fully – it affects every aspect of our lives.<\/p>\n
We must realize that holding on to any negative energy created by our past thoughts, feelings, and experiences, is keeping us imprisoned in the “cells of our mind”.<\/p>\n
Negativity hinders our efforts to be successful in life – it must be acknowledged and released.<\/p>\n
The idea of making peace within our soul is not just mind talk; It’s bigger than that – it’s a way of being ok with all the experiences, contradictions, and different expressions of one’s life story.<\/p>\n
Self-forgiveness is finally allowing yourself to remove the “big rock” sitting on your chest and breathing freely after holding your breath for too long.<\/p>\n
Why do I need to let go?<\/p>\n
Think about it: two wrongs don’t make a right!<\/p>\n
Forgiving is not about forgetting, it’s about not letting a wrong hold you back!<\/p>\n
