It’s not about the fear, it’s in the way we interpret it.<\/p>\n
People fear making mistakes or doing things wrong, right?<\/p>\n
Have you experienced this thing you are fearful of?<\/p>\n
If so, why are you afraid?<\/p>\n
How can you fear something that you have already experienced ?<\/p>\n
Where is the fear stemming from?<\/p>\n
If you said you are going bungy jumping today, that would be understandable, but why have a fear about something you had done before?<\/p>\n
Maybe your fear is coming because of the way you are thinking about it?<\/p>\n
In order to not allow fear to paralyze us, we must walk through fear – not around it or avoid it.<\/p>\n
Then you can begin to accept that there may be another opportunity that you may have not considered before.<\/p>\n
Next time you feel fear about anything, ask yourself: what is the opportunity I am most excited about right now?<\/p>\n
Once you ask this question it will take your mind on to a different track. Because when we are in a state of fear, the reality is that there is an opportunity right under our noses, that we aren’t aware of.<\/p>\n
The question itself takes us on an entirely different experience.<\/p>\n
