CHASING MY TAIL TO FIND MYSELF<\/p>\n
What determines what occurs in my life?<\/p>\n
My reaction – it all depends on my emotional responses that are actually related to my own history.<\/p>\n
The problems begin with the way I choose to respond.<\/p>\n
Life is full of changes, challenges, and endless disturbances – and each of us copes differently.<\/p>\n
Some people develop, the “Teflon Effect” – nothing sticks – no matter what happens to them, they are always cheerful.<\/p>\n
And there are also those people who just “invite” the problems and troubles – they are certain someone did something to them: they did to me, they took
\nfrom me ..<\/p>\n
They are not taking responsibility for what happened to them in the past. Therefore, they continue to produce, throughout, the same kind of experiences.<\/p>\n
When a person does not take responsibility for his actions, he experiences a certain kind of blindness.<\/p>\n
He doesn’t notice that in fact he is living in the dark. He lives with pain that has been carrying with him – unable to release it.<\/p>\n
It all depends on the way you interpret what happens to you – in essence, you are “inviting” the experiences to come to you.<\/p>\n
You can hate everyone and blame everyone for the darkness that you have created.<\/p>\n
However, it’s just like applying a band-aid to settle your wound – all the disorders originating in pain and darkness – the wound will not heal and continue bleeding.<\/p>\n
One’s inability to break free from the symptom – the very reason the disconnection from the light has occurred – causing him to remain in the dark.<\/p>\n
As a result, he puts the blame on everyone but himself.<\/p>\n
All the interruptions I am experiencing are the result of being disconnected from the Light, from Source, from who I really am.<\/p>\n
One must realize, that the current problems he is experiencing, are in fact a chronology of things he had not yet addressed.<\/p>\n
If you don’t deal with the real problem – you will continue chasing your own tail.<\/p>\n
The solution lies in awareness – identify the response – do not be tempted to blame ‘the situation’ or another person, for being the cause of your pain and discomfort.<\/p>\n
Focus deeply inside and find which emotion it was that triggered you – what brought you to respond as you did.<\/p>\n
Search inwardly until you find the first time you felt that same emotion.<\/p>\n
When doing this inner search, often what is revealed to us, is an emotion that comes from an old pain. Possibly with someone in our past.<\/p>\n
If we are not aware of that emotion\/old pain, and we don’t treat the root of the problem, throughout our lives we project our pain on every person who pushes the same buttons.<\/p>\n
Other people are never the problem – they are the catalyst that brings things to the surface.<\/p>\n
No one can awaken something in us, that has not been there before.<\/p>\n
Once you connect to your own darkness, deal with it and inject it with Light, suddenly the problem disappears, and with it all your undesired future responses.<\/p>\n
Right here is the work; we are to turn every dark occurrence into a bright light in our lives – we had turned the bitter to sweet, when taking responsibility for our thoughts and feelings, and struggle bravely, facing the real problem.<\/p>\n
Bottom line, who created the darkness? I have. Who can make it disappear from my life?<\/p>\n
