FEELS GOOD TO FEEL GOOD<\/p>\n
Do you ever find yourself unhappy? Do you feel like you’ve lost your zest for life?<\/p>\n
Do not get discourage, it happens to the best of us!<\/p>\n
We all have good periods in life, and times we’d much rather erase from our memories …<\/p>\n
Sometimes it can be tricky, especially when we’re in the midst of a chaos, to recall that “This too shall pass.”<\/p>\n
It seems as if our minds take over, and we can’t find a way out from the hole we’ve dug, perhaps too deeply.<\/p>\n
The truth is, no one other than ourselves can pull us out of there.<\/p>\n
We must take responsibility for how we feel; We must choose to feel GOOD; Or else what’s the point? Why bother? What’s the alternative?<\/p>\n
EVERYTHING BEGINS WITH A THOUGHT<\/p>\n
The first thing we must do, is change our thinking; “I’m not feeling so good right now, because I’m focused on what bothers me. I have to find a way to feel better, NOW”!<\/p>\n
How? By taking action – go for a walk, listen to music, watch a comedy, call a good friend …<\/p>\n
Better yet, do something good for someone – it’s a Win-Win!<\/p>\n
DO NOT WORRY ABOUT WHAT IS NOT IN YOUR CONTROL<\/p>\n
If there’s something YOU can do to make things better – DO IT!<\/p>\n
The solutions will always come, it’s only a matter of time.<\/p>\n
We must realize that the “control panel” for our life, is no other than in our own hands!<\/p>\n
Instead of focusing on what makes you feel lousy at the moment, identify the bright spots in your life. If you take the time to look, you’ll surely find them.<\/p>\n
Now, after you’ve located the “bright side” in your life, intensify and amplify the positive sensation you feel.<\/p>\n
Haaaaaaa … Feels good to feel good, doesn’t it??<\/p>\n
If you’re able to follow along these lines, notice how truly blessed you are; You’re breathing, you’re ALIVE!<\/p>\n
That has to be a good enough reason to smile <\/p>\n
