WHERE DOES HAPPINESS COME FROM<\/p>\n
I got up this morning and decided to be happy! why you ask? All it takes is a mere decision!<\/p>\n
A wise man once said, “Nothing can bring you happiness but yourself.” -Ralph Waldo Emerson<\/p>\n
The true meaning of happiness does not depend on the quantity of material assets accumulated over a lifetime. why?<\/p>\n
Because in the end, we all reach the “last station”, just as we came into the world, stark naked.<\/p>\n
When was the last time you asked yourself, what has to happen in order for me to be happy? What conditions need to be met in order to feel satisfied?<\/p>\n
What is stopping me from being able to feel happy right now?<\/p>\n
The truth is that happiness is not dependent on any situation or external circumstance; But rather, a choice we have to do every day, no matter what is happening around us.<\/p>\n
Happiness and joy are emotions we must create within us; from a place of self-love and self-worth, gratitude for possessing precious opportunity – the GIFT of LIFE!<\/p>\n
Happiness comes when we experience the feeling of love and are able to unselfishly share it with others.<\/p>\n
Love and happiness are not something we can buy in the local supermarket or the Internet; Rather, we create these feelings in ourselves, when we realize what is really important in life.<\/p>\n
What good is a fancy car parked outside of your home, if there is no one sitting next to you on the passenger side?<\/p>\n
What value does money and property or a seaside villa, if at the end of the day, we go to bed alone?<\/p>\n
It requires a change in consciousness; Only then can our hearts be opened to the truth.<\/p>\n
We are happy when we realize that the greatest joy is when we have someone to share our life experiences with; By virtue of their presence in our lives.<\/p>\n
Happiness is experienced in maintaining healthy and loving relationships with those we love and appreciate; not taking anything for granted!<\/p>\n
The rest is just a poor imitation of the real thing!<\/p>\n
People come in and out of our lives, situations change in an instant, but happiness is a choice we can make right here and NOW!
