\n“We were in the car and out of nowhere, Don (her husband) yelled at me and said; What are you talking about, why are you so dumb!?”<\/p>\n
“I did as you taught me, I did not react. I took a deep breath, and answered him calmly: “Well, I think I’m getting out of the car!
\nOf course mister goofy hastened to say, no problem, please go …”<\/p>\n
“Then, surprisingly, I recollected my self. And as I was ready to get out of the car, I looked at him and I said, or you can just apologize …”<\/p>\n
“You would not believe it !! He Immediately said, I’m sorry .. with a big smile on his face !!”<\/p>\n
“Estee you must understand, everyone was in the car .. the kids, my sister, in short, it was very embarrassing!”<\/p>\n
Although I was besides myself, the fact that he had the ability to control himself and do the right thing, indicated to me that he is trying, right?”<\/p>\n
“Your explanation about the two sides in us, made sense to me. I realized it’s difficult for him; His “animal side” is mostly in control of his emotions. But do not worry, I decided to do my best to tame it !!<\/p>\n
There is a constant battle going on within us, between the animalistic side – the one acting from a place of survival and fear, hatred and anger, the side who cares for himself only, or in simpler words, the dark side existing in all of us.<\/p>\n
And the illuminated side – the Higher Self, the compassionate, cooperative, the side that reaches out to help and always willing to be giving; Our essence – the eternal soul which is love and light.”<\/p>\n
Although what you have just read above is a description of a conversation between my client and me, it is something we can all do.<\/p>\n
Every time we notice signs of loss in control with anyone we happened to be engaged with, we can see to it that the “animal” will return back to its cage!<\/p>\n
It is one of the most effective method to neutralize a person by breaking their destructive pattern; We encourage them to stop feeding their beast.<\/p>\n
We must recognize that there is an alternative; We can learn how to redirect our rampant energy in a way that would benefit ourselves as well as others. Imagine what would happen if we were to channel the same energy, for doing good…<\/p>\n
