Wouldn’t it be more beneficial for society if we concentrated on self improvement, and not our problems and the wrong doings of others?<\/p>\n
Placing our attention on evolving and transforming into better human beings, will contribute to ourselves in addition to the welfare of others.<\/p>\n
Invariably we are more apt to analyze our problems rather than finding solutions. The rule is; we attract MORE of what is dominating our thoughts.<\/p>\n
Focusing on what is important will allow us to achieve optimum results. Otherwise, we will find ourselves dwelling on the problem instead of being solution oriented.<\/p>\n
The best way to create self-empowerment is to find creative ways to solve our troubles rather than superficially thinking about their causes.<\/p>\n
If we choose to invest our energy into becoming the ideal version of ourselves, the improvement will be immeasurable.<\/p>\n
We owe it to ourselves and everyone else to take that challenge.<\/p>\n
Here is a simple and effective exercise that can help channel our energy efficiently; At the end of each day find a quiet place and ask yourself; How could I be a better and more productive person?<\/p>\n
How can I consistently be the me I love to be around?<\/p>\n
What sacrifices am I willing to make toward the legacy in which I will leave behind?<\/p>\n
What do I need to fine tune in order to be more mindful in my personal and professional life?<\/p>\n
This will give you the opportunity to review your day and reveal new ways in which you can reach your maximum potential.<\/p>\n
