Transforming Negative Thoughts\u00a0into\u00a0Powerful Lessons<\/p>\n

Reality as we know\u00a0it, is the knowledge\u00a0we accumulate through our senses, mentally or physically. Everything we experience daily, and\u00a0moment to moment is recorded and stored in our minds for future reference.<\/p>\n

All that we see, hear, feel, etc., has been created from the data we’ve gathered together from the moment we were born.<\/p>\n

We perceive the world around us through the images produced in\u00a0our\u00a0minds, and\u00a0do things in a specific order based upon what we believe to be most beneficial to\u00a0us.<\/p>\n

Everything we do in life has a strategy and a plan behind it. We don’t often think in these terms, therefore, we don’t usually realize it.<\/p>\n

We receive messages from our surroundings, interpret them through our “filters”, (belief system, morals,values) and react according to the composition of our very particular DNA.<\/p>\n

We react according to who we are.<\/p>\n

We all know people, regardless\u00a0of\u00a0what happens around them, that\u00a0take charge and handle things in a calm, peaceful way. On the other hand, we also know (maybe even ourselves?) those who are quick to anger, blame others for everything and generally tend to see things as if it’s\u00a0the\u00a0“end of the world.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\u00a0It’s a personal matter…<\/p>\n

We wake up in\u00a0the\u00a0morning and do what we do because\u00a0it’s natural and familiar to us; it’s our survival instinct. We seek to feel pleasure but oftentimes,\u00a0the result is the exact opposite.<\/p>\n

Why is that?<\/p>\n

Our thoughts, as well as what we say and do,\u00a0is a precise reflection of how we perceive and believe to be the truth about ourselves,\u00a0and the world around us.<\/p>\n

Our internal world is exhibited through how we live our lives; it’s where we spend most\u00a0of\u00a0our day, either up or down.<\/p>\n

Those who tend to be more on the positive side of the scale, in most part, live a happy and enjoyable life. They have learned and accepted that\u00a0when things go haywire,\u00a0the right thing to do is not to lose it! Instead, they catch their breath, assess the situation, recalculate their route, and search for a favorable solution for whatever they are up against.<\/p>\n

Yes!\u00a0Yes!!\u00a0I can hear the echoing voices saying: “Easy for you to say…”<\/p>\n

But what is the alternative?\u00a0Taking\u00a0everything personally\u00a0as if “the whole world IS against me?”<\/p>\n

We end up feeling powerless to do anything, completely unproductive, we feel useless, unloved, unappreciated, resentful… and the list goes on.<\/p>\n

Is that the best way to live life? How does it benefit us to think and feel like a victim? What’s the price we pay? How does feeling down affect us and those around us? Does it contribute to the quality of our lives? Does it have a more damaging or a building effect?<\/p>\n

Only we can answer these questions!<\/p>\n

It would help if we realize and accept that experiences and people don’t come to us, we go to them!<\/p>\n

Sitting around feeling sorry for ourselves would not bring us forward in anyway. On the contrary, it would keep us stuck indefinitely.<\/p>\n

That is, until we CHOOSE to think, Say,\u00a0and Do things differently.<\/p>\n

Can you answer honestly,\u00a0where do you spend most of your day?\u00a0Do\u00a0you experience more pleasure or more pain?<\/p>\n

Then\u00a0ask yourself,\u00a0what do I need to do in order to feel more secure,\u00a0happy, loved and in harmony?<\/p>\n

You are not here to suffer!<\/p>\n

It is\u00a0Time to wake up and take responsibility!<\/p>\n
