HEAL YOUR PAIN
If your overall physical and mental health are of importance to you, then you should keep reading. If not, I hope you at least enjoy the image 🙂
My name is Estee, and today I would like to present before you, my thoughts of how holding on to any negative thoughts or feelings, adversely affect you.
It is no longer a secret that “safekeeping” any negativity of any kind, is dangerous to your very existence.
Would you agree that when you’re not feeling good, you are not at your best?
You know it affects you at your core level, sometimes completely throwing you off balance.
Negativity reaches far with its “ugly tentacles” – it creates havoc in every aspect of your life.
It affects your mood, work productivity, relationships, and several other aspects of life.
Clearly, we cannot be functioning at our full potential when we are upset, for any reason.
It can even be manifested into a form of a common cold or even a terrible disease ..
The price you pay for holding on to any unresolved “darkness”, is not worth it.
It may bring upon your life, more damage than perhaps you had not yet begun to consider or had fully realized.
If you have an unresolved issue that keeps nudging you, making you feel anger or any kind of discomfort, the best thing to do is to investigate it.
Maybe you need to resolve it – treat it with love, for yourself first and formost – heal your pain.
You deserve to be freed and healed.
If it is an issue with a dear friend, that had never been resolved and you are now not speaking, maybe you should pick up the phone and rehash things. Figure out what went wrong and get on with it.
Why hold on?
If the friend is important to you, and you realize his or her contribution to your life, wouldn’t it be much easier to call it a day, and go back to being friends again?
Life is short and there’s a whole world for you to explore and experience.
Don’t waist your time on silly grudges – any pain can be healed with just the right amount of love.
Make peace – contribute your positive foot print in the world.
Your words and actions speak for themselves – what would you rather be known for and remembered, a peace maker or a conflict seeker?
