COME WITH LOVE

When someone angers me, I am no longer coming from a place of “love thy neighbor …”

“Red lights” immediately turn on, because I know that no one can really annoy or anger me. I know it’s not about them, it’s really all about me!

When someone does something wrong, I need to help them rather than get upset.

Although I feel the “boiling” within, the first thing I do is stop my reaction. Because I have a choice!

I distract my mind and think about something else – I know that when I’m angry, I have fallen into a “pit!”

I know that what I say right now, I will not be able to take back …

I know how it starts, but I have no idea how it will end …

I connect to the Light and ask for help. Instead of staying in a place of anger, I turn to the person and talk to him.

I transcend beyond, trying with all my might to come from a place of giving, from a place of encouragement and understanding.

No matter what, we can always come from a place of “love thy neighbor ..” Instead of being tempted to say: he is not right, how dare he .. he is a bad person ..”

Armed with the forces of the Light, I allow the person to be comfortable and relaxed. I know that anger comes from a place of hardship and lack.

Instead of getting angry I come with love and say, I love you ..
